The sales team acts as the primary liaison between our client companies and their buyers, nurturing trusted relationships through proactive communication on product availability, contract obligations, pricing, terms, and quality. The team monitors market trends and global prices to provide competitive pricing strategies and ensure that products are well positioned internationally.
Our logistics team manages the full export process for multiple commodities across our operations in Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, and South Africa. This includes shipment planning, booking schedules, documentation, containerization, vessel tracking, and monitoring of temperature-controlled units for perishable products.
We oversee customs and partner government agency procedures, warehousing tenders and stock management, as well as forwarder contracts and shipping line negotiations. Additionally, we handle the dispatch of product samples to meet buyer requirements, ensuring reliability and transparency throughout the supply chain.
