Eastern Produce Kenya (EPK) is one of the largest private tea producers in Kenya, owning five factories, seven estates, and managing additional client estates. It collaborates with about 14,000 smallholder partner growers, to collectively produce around 30 million kilograms of tea annually. Eastern Produce Malawi (EPM) is a leading producer of high-quality tea and macadamia nuts in Southern Malawi EPM manages nine tea factories and extensive estates in Thyolo and Mulanje Districts, processing both estate-grown and smallholder-sourced tea. It is the largest tea production entity in Malawi with annual volumes of over 20 million Kgs.
EPM combines estate cultivation and factory processing with an extensive smallholder partnership program, working with more than 3,500 farmers. These collaborations not only deliver premium produce but also contribute to meaningful community investment in education, clean water, women’s empowerment, and rural development.

EP Tanzania is a green field development for avocado production. Located in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania, this high-altitude location is ideally suited for a wide range of agricultural production.
The development is currently underway with approximately 450 Ha of orchards planted. A one million cubic meter water reservoir is also under construction. This will capture the rainfall during the wet season, making the farm self-sufficient for its irrigation needs.
Eastern Produce Estates South Africa (Pty) Ltd – (EPESA) is a leading agricultural producer based in the fertile Limpopo region. EPESA operates one of South Africa’s largest macadamia estates and is now expanding into premium avocado production.
